Dental care is an integral part of your horse’s preventative health care program. Dentals should be performed every one to two years. We recommend having your horse’s teeth checked every six months along with their bi-annual vaccinations. Sedation and a speculum are utilized to evaluate your horse’s mouth. We use power dentistry tools as well as traditional hand floats. Routine dentistry as well as some advanced procedures can be performed.
- Routine powerfloat
- Digital dental radiographs
- Tooth extraction/repulsion
- Wolf tooth extraction
- Molar leveling
- Diastema treatment
